Delivery service is free* in NutroOne. Here below is our delivery process:

1. For product in stock, orders can be completed in 3-7 days. For product out of stock, the processing time will be 7-14 days. If delivery timeline is specified in the product page, the information shall prevail. You may contact our customer service for actual stock level before placing orders.
2. Free delivery is available. Extra fees will apply for certain region defined by logistic couriers. Our system will automatically calculate the extra fees, if any.
3. Once product is dispatched, NutroOne will update the order with a tracking number. Email notification will be sent to customers.
4. Please leave a telephone number which we can contact you for confirmation before despatch if you choose cash on delivery
5. All products do not include installation.

Please notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary returns by logistics. If it was not mentioned and hence caused the 2nd delivery, or customer rejects delivery due to extra fees after dispatch, NutroOne will deduct delivery cost from refund.

If customer is not contactable or fails to receive products during the scheduled delivery time, or cancel order without reasons after dispatch, NutroOne will deduct delivery cost from refund. Thank you for your co-operation.
