6. Order Placed
You will receive order details at your E-mail as well.
7. Order Dispatch
7.1 Lightweight fitness products (Less than 20kg) are normally handled by SF Express and will be dispatched within 2 days.
7.2 For heavier products(20kg or above), door-to-door delivery will be provided for free* and we will contact customer for confirmation before we dispatch.
8. Delivery Arrangement
8.1 SF Express/Locker/Store
We will send you an email with tracking number after dispatch. Be sure to check your spam/junk box. You will receive phone calls/SMS before delivery or when parcels are ready to collect. For SF Home Delivery, please feel free to arrange another timeslot for delivery directly with the courier if you are not around.
8.2 Door-to-door Delivery
Once the products are ready to dispatch, our logistic staff will call you to arrange a timeslot for delivery. We will not dispatch or deliver without your confirmation. Logistic Team will deliver according to agreed timeslot.

Mon-Sat 9am-9pm (Routing subjects to day-to-day schedule)
