Beautiful design and finish.
Even if I did not use it for exercise, I would keep it as a piece “art decor”.
Exercise wise it is excellent.
The width of the grip bar is not too small nor big, and the shape of the bar provides me with a wide array of different grip possibilities allowing me to impact on chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps etc.. depending on where I grip. The movable dips handles can be slotted into different levels at waist height – and at the foot of the equipment. Slotting the handles in at the foot of the equipment creates a platform that I can stand on to comfortably reach up to position myself for pull ups (no need to leap up to the bar). The bar is high so you can ensure legs are straight and core can be fully and continually engaged throughout a pull up.
The back rest for core exercise is comfortable and dips bars of correct width to allow for good solid dips.
Overall very very sturdy. But at 55kg can still be moved around a room relatively easily.
Also can be used to do leg raises and calf raises. Buy some resistance bands, tie the bands off at the foot of the equipment and while holding on to dips handles – off you go. The equipment is heavy enough to allow such leg work without the equipment moving toward you.
