Brilliant bar. Helps give you essentially perfect form for the squat — no excessive pressure on the lower back, and no excessive pressure on the knees. More challenging than it might first appear because the slightly forward positioning of the weight plates pulls the body forward on the lift. When you fight against this forward pull, you seriously strengthen the back. Excellent.
